Kansas downs Mizzou in Border Showdown return to Columbia
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Mizzou men's basketball team took the first loss of the season against Kansas 95-67 in the return of the Border Showdown to Columbia.

With the rivalry making its return to Mizzou Arena after more than a decade, the Tigers got off to a bad start down at the half 50-33 and couldn't do enough to make a second half comeback possible.
D'Moi Hodge and Nick Honor were the top scorers for Mizzou with 15 points each, Hodge added seven rebounds and Honor ended with a team-high five assists.
The Tigers who at one point led the country in assists had just eight against Kansas and turned the ball over 21 times.
Mizzou couldn't find the answer for Kevin McCullar with 21 points. Rock Bridge Alum Dajuan Harris led the Jayhawks in assists with nine.
