Mizzou leaves Arizona State Classic with two wins

TEMPE, Az. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou Tigers were led by Lauren Hansen and Hayley Frank on Sunday to win their second game of the Arizona State Classic.

MU took down the home team Arizona State 71-60.

Hansen had her third straight game with over 20 points, finishing with 23 on the day and four rebounds. Frank also ended with 23 points and four boards.

Sara Rose-Smith came up big down low for the Tigers with a double-double 11 points and a season-high 15 rebounds. Mama Dembele led the team in assists with six.

Mizzou is now 9-1 on the season and will be back at Mizzou Arena Friday to take on Omaha at 11:30 a.m.
