CINCINNATI, Oh. (KMIZ)

The Kansas City Chiefs fell to the Cincinnati Bengals 27-24 Sunday, taking the team's third loss of the season.

Despite being behind at the half, KC put together 14 points in the third quarter to enter the fourth up 24-17. The Bengals scored 10 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to knock off the Chiefs with the same score that they did in last year's AFC Championship Game.

Travis Kelce ended the game with four catches for 56 yards, but had a costly turnover in the fourth quarter.

Patrick Mahomes finished the day 16/27 for 223 yards with one passing and one rushing touchdown.

Isiah Pacheco had 14 carries for 66 yards and a score. The defense was led by the big day from former Mizzou linebacker Nick Bolton with 16 total tackles.

Up next - the road games continuing for KC as they travel to Denver to take on the Broncos Dec. 11 at 3:05 p.m.
