Luther Burden helps power Mizzou to homecoming win
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Mizzou Tigers got the win on homecoming Saturday 17-14 against Vanderbilt in front of over 60,000 fans at Faurot Field, the most since 2019.

The freshman wide receiver Luther Burden has his biggest collegiate game to date with 76 total yards and two touchdowns.

Cody Schrader led things on the ground with 14 carries for 84 yards and Brady Cook finished the day 17-25 for 211 yards with one touchdown and one interception.

The defense was led by Chad Bailey with eight tackles. Martez Manuel and Ty'Ron Hopper each recorded seven.
