Mizzou wrestling releases 2022-23 schedule
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Mizzou wrestling team will kick off head coach Brian Smith's 25th year at MU with the annual Black and Gold Scrimmage on Oct. 29 at the Hearnes Center.
Throughout the course of the 2022-23 season, the Tigers will meet nine different Big 12 opponents, including Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, West Virginia, and others.
Mizzou will open up the regular season against Lindenwood on Nov. 6 in a special, outdoor meet at the Mizzou Softball Complex. MU will make its first road trip of the season a few weeks later when the group travels to meet Arizona State on Nov. 17.
Smith and company will have a tough three week stretch on the road in the new year, where they will meet Oklahoma State, Wyoming, Oklahoma, South Dakota State, and Air Force.
The Big 12 Championships will begin on March 4.
