Mizzou baseball gets 2023 SEC schedule

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou baseball team is preparing for the 2023 season and on Tuesday the conference schedule was released for the Tigers.

The SEC schedule consists of 10 total conference series for Mizzou leading up to the SEC tournament in Hoover, Alabama on May 23-28.

The conference schedule for MU kicks off at home against reigning SEC champion Tennessee on March 17-19. There are four other SEC home series including April 6-8 with Vanderbilt, April 21-23 against Alabama, March 5-7 with Ole Miss and March 12-14 against Georgia

The away series include March 24-26 at South Carolina, March 31-April 2 at Kentucky, April 14-16 at Texas A&M and March 18-20 at Auburn.

In 2021, the Tigers went 28-23 overall and 10-20 in conference play, missing the SEC tournament.
