Mizzou MBB releases conference schedule
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Mizzou men's basketball team will open up its 18-game conference schedule with a home match up against Kentucky on Dec. 28.
The Tigers releases the group's full SEC schedule on Wednesday morning. The slate includes home-and-home series against Arkansas, Alabama, Ole Miss, LSU, Mississippi State, and Texas A&M.
MU will have a tough stretch to end December, as head Dennis Gates' group will take on Kansas in the Border War at Mizzou Arena on Dec. 10. That game is followed by games against UCF, Illinois, Kentucky, and Arkansas.

A total of 10 teams in the Southeastern Conference received tournament bids in 2021, with six in the NCAA Tournament and four in the NIT. Including first-year Mizzou coach Gates, there are six coaches in the conference entering their first season.
The Tigers will open up the regular season on Nov. 7 against Southern Indiana at Mizzou Arena.
