Angels shut out Royals again to take the series

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Los Angeles Angels got its second straight shut out win Wednesday to take the series against the Royals at Kauffman Stadium.

In game three's 4-0 loss, Brad Keller gave up six hits and three earned runs on the day and also recorded five strikeouts.

The KC bats struggled to string anything together. Ryan O'Hearn led the pack going three for four and Michael Taylor was two for four.

Up next - The Royals will hit the road to play the Yankees in a four-game series starting Thursday at 6 p.m.
