Mizzou baseball routs Mississippi State

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Every Mizzou baseball player hit, scored, and had an RBI in the team's 19-8 win over Mississippi State on Saturday afternoon. The win evened up the series between the two teams.

The offense got started with a first inning grand slam courtesy of Fox Leum. That hit triggered 17-hit outing from the Tigers, scoring in each of the first six innings.

Ross Lovich had a career day for MU. He finished with two home runs and four RBI, going 3-for-5 at the plate. He was one of six Mizzou players that had a multi-hit game.

Up next - the series-deciding game will be played at Taylor Stadium on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
