Former Mizzou football standouts sign undrafted deals

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Former Mizzou running back Tyler Badie and cornerback Akayleb Evans were the only two Tigers who heard their names called in the 2022 NFL Draft, but multiple of those undrafted players are signing deals.

Center Michael Maietti will head north to Pittsburgh to join the Steelers organization. He played one season at Mizzou, as he spent the majority of his collegiate career at Rutgers.

The Green Bay Packers signed a couple of former Tigers. Defensive lineman Akial Byers and wide receiver Keke Chism will head to Wisconsin.

Cornerback Allie Green IV was one of the first MU alums to sign an undrafted deal. He has officially signed with the Chicago Bears. Evans came to Missouri from Tulsa alongside fellow corner Evans.
