BATON ROUGE, La. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou baseball team dropped game one of its three-game series against No. 22 LSU, 5-3, on Thursday night.

MU played the other Tigers close through the opening innings, as Mizzou actually led 2-1 headed into the bottom of the third inning. However, LSU's Jacob Berry was a problem, as he hit two home runs, with the second one putting the Tigers ahead 3-2.

Rock Bridge alum Spencer Miles fell to 2-4 on the season with MU's loss. He made it through about five innings with four strikeouts and five earned runs allowed.
