Former Mizzou women’s basketball forward commits to LSU

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Former Mizzou women's basketball standout LaDazhia Williams announced her commitment to LSU via Instagram on Wednesday night. It will be the forward's third SEC school in her collegiate career.

Williams first entered the transfer portal near the end of March, along with her former teammates Kiya Dorroh, Aijha Blackwell, and Izzy Higginbottom.

Williams transferred to Mizzou in 2019 after first playing for the South Carolina Gamecocks. She will have one more year of eligibility remaining once she hits LSU's campus.
