ESPN: Chiefs trade wide receiver Tyreek Hill

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Kansas City offense will be looking very different in the 2022 season, as ESPN reported that the Chiefs traded wide receiver Tyreek Hill on Wednesday.

The six-time pro bowler will be sent to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for five draft picks. Those picks include 2022 first, second, and fourth round picks, as well as fourth and sixth round picks in the 2023 draft.

Hill has been a fixture in the Kansas City offense since 2016. He was supposed to be entering the final year of his four-year contract with KC. Through the 2021 season, the wide receiver played in every game for the Chiefs finishing with 111 receptions for 1,239 yards and nine touchdowns.

Hill was most notably a part of the 2020 Kansas City team that won that team's first Super Bowl since 1970.
