No. 15 Mizzou softball finishes regular season with another series win

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (KMIZ)

The No. 15 Mizzou softball team finished the regular season with a road series victory over No. 17 Tennessee. The Tigers won the rubber match on Sunday 5-3.

MU finished the regular season 37-14 overall and 15-9 in the SEC. The Tigers 15 conference wins matched their most victories since joining the SEC in July of 2012.

Mizzou will be the No. 4 seed in the upcoming SEC Tournament, which begins on Tuesday in Tuscaloosa, Alab. The Tigers will get a double-bye, so their first game will not be until Thursday afternoon.
