Mizzou guard enters transfer portal

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Mizzou guard Xavier Pinson has entered the transfer portal, according to an MU spokesman.

Pinson scored two points in just 18 minutes in the Tigers first round NCAA Tournament loss to Oklahoma on Saturday night. He was not in the game for the final six minutes.

The Chicago native averaged 13.6 points per game during his junior season. Pinson had a career-high 36 points on Jan. 30 against TCU.
