Mizzou baseball home series moved due to weather

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou baseball team will no longer play at home this weekend due to the forecasted bad weather.

The Tigers will now play their weekend series at Illinois State beginning Friday at 6 p.m.

MU will then play a doubleheader with the Redbirds on Saturday starting at 1 p.m. The two teams will wrap up the series on Sunday with first pitch also slated for 1 p.m.

The Tigers are 4-9 to start the season. They're coming off a 2-1 road win over SLU on Wednesday night.

Meanwhile, Illinois State is 4-6 on the season.
