Mizzou preps for SEC/Big 12 Challenge

COLUMBIA, Mo (KMIZ)

The Mizzou men's basketball team will host TCU in the annual SEC/Big 12 Challenge on Saturday at Mizzou Arena.

The game will tip off at 1 P.M.

The Tigers are coming off a rollercoaster ride of a stretch, marked with one top-10 upset and one narrow loss. Mizzou toppled then No. 6 Tennessee in a 73-64 victory. However, in the next game out, Cuonzo Martin's group remained stagnant against the Auburn Tigers, going down by six points.

The Horned Frogs are coming into this one on a four-game losing streak, including a 36-point loss to Oklahoma.

Saturday's game will be the fourth time that Mizzou has participated in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge, currently posting a 1-2 record in the series.
