Mizzou WBB gets set for home matchup against LSU

The Mizzou women's basketball team will host LSU on Monday at 6 p.m. in the annual 'We Back Pat' game.

The Tigers are coming off their first SEC win of the season this past Thursday. MU beat Ole Miss on the road, 86-77, to improve to 5-3 overall and 1-2 in the conference.

"I definitely feel like we continue to grow up a little bit, just understand each other better," head coach Robin Pingeton said on a Zoom call Saturday.

LSU has had an up and down season, but the Tigers just beat No. 7 Texas A&M in overtime this past week. LSU is 5-6 overall and 3-2 in the SEC.
