Mizzou gymnastics narrowly misses out on the upset

COLUMBIA, Mo (KMIZ)

The No. 14 Mizzou gymnastics team almost upset the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide on Friday night, but just narrowly missed out.

Alabama took down Mizzou 195.775 to 195.750.

It was a close matchup, as the two squads were almost never separated by more than a point throughout the entire meet.

Mizzou's Hannah McCrary took the overall title on the floor with a score of 9.925.

However, the Crimson Tide swept all the remaining categories.
