Mizzou opens the season amidst COVID-19

COLUMBIA, Mo (KMIZ)

Mizzou will start its season against Oral Roberts on Wednesday night, after more than six months without games.

MU announced that Mizzou Arena will be operating at 20 percent capacity during games. All fans will sit in assigned seating, in order to remain six feet apart from one another.

Masks are required in Columbia and Boone County, in general, but Mizzou Arena will also be requiring masks to be worn at all time, as well.

The program added that the arena will be completely contactless, as it it utilizing mobile ticketing, while strongly discouraging bringing cash.

Mizzou will tip off at 6:00 P.M.
