Cardinals-Cubs game postponed due to another case of COVID-19

ST. LOUIS, Mo (KMIZ)

The St. Louis Cardinals announced they would be postponing their tenth game in a row after another player tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday.

The MLB officials said the rest of the weekend series versus the Chicago Cubs is pending, as they want to allow for more time for contact tracing and testing.

The Cardinals returned to St. Louis on Wednesday after being quarantined in Milwaukee for six days.

The organization now has 14 cases total, eight of which are in players.
