Barry Odom issues first public statement since firing

Former Mizzou football coach Barry Odom made his first public comments since his firing on Wednesday morning.

Mizzou athletic director Jim Sterk fired Barry Odom on Saturday. Sterk said the football program lost momentum during the second half of the season, which is why he decided to make the change. Odom was 25-25 in four seasons as the Tigers football coach.
