QUESTION OF THE DAY: Should some countries be barred from buying Missouri farmland?

The Missouri House on Thursday passed legislation that would bar businesses from China and a few other countries from buying farmland here.

The move is partially a reaction to the commotion caused when a Chinese balloon floated across the country. But it's also part of long-running suspicion related to the governments of China and other countries.
