WATCH: Missouri governor, attorney general talk about lawsuit against feds

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Gov. Mike Parson and Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey held a news conference Thursday to talk about the state's lawsuit against the Biden administration over the "Waters of the U.S." rule.

The rule puts more surface water under the regulations in the Clean Water Act. Detractors, primarily Republican leaders, call it federal regulatory overreach.
