QUESTION OF THE DAY: Should peace talks with Russia take place without Ukraine?

Talks between the United States and Russia to end the war in Ukraine are set to take place this week.

According to reports, diplomats from the two countries will meet in Saudi Arabia. One country notably will not be at the table -- Ukraine. Ukraine's president says Russia isn't ready to negotiate in good faith to end the war on fair terms.
