QUESTION OF THE DAY: Do you agree with the sentence in Trump’s New York case?

President-elect Donald Trump made history Friday as the first current, former or prospective president to be sentenced for a felony conviction.

His sentence -- unconditional release. Effectively, no sentence. Trump will not serve jail time or pay a fine or attorneys' fees.

That's despite a conviction on 34 felony counts related to falsifying business records. He was accused of using deceptive recordkeeping to hide a hush-money payment from his campaign to an adult film actress.

Trump maintained his innocence and said the prosecution was politically motivated.

Do you agree with the sentence? Let us know by voting in the poll.
