President Joe Biden made his first public remarks Wednesday since announcing over the weekend that he would drop his reelection bid.
Biden again stressed that the election was about preserving democracy and he was ending his campaign to help that cause. Since dropping out over concerns about his age and health Biden has endorsed his much younger vice president, Kamala Harris.
