Former president Donald Trump appeared Tuesday afternoon at his first hearing to answer 37 federal counts related to classified documents found at his Florida home. The hearing lasted only a few minutes before the ex-president/current presidential candidate left the courthouse.

The major TV networks and cable news channels all covered the historic event live, despite having no access to the courtroom.
