U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) has filed a bill that would cap the out-of-pocket price of a month's supply of insulin at $25.
It's just the latest proposal to cap the price of the drug that millions of diabetics depend on to live. So far those proposals have failed to gain traction.
