The Senate passed the Inflation Reduction Act over the weekend. Among its provision is a minimum income tax on corporations that make $1 billion or more.
The Missouri Chamber of Commerce this week came out against the proposal, saying it will impose a burden on business. The House still must pass the bill before it can go to the president's desk.
