Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a bill Friday that eliminated special governing districts created before 1968, including the one that covers Disney's massive flagship theme park.

Critics say Florida Republicans are using the law to punish the media giant for its opposition to the bill detractors called "Don't Say Gay," which limits classroom discussions about sexual orientation and gender.
