Man arrested after breaking into JCPD vehicle, court docs say
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) A man was charged with multiple felonies after he allegedly broke into a Jefferson City Police Department vehicle on Monday night. Andrew Zemke, 29, of Jefferson City, was charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, one count of first-degree property damage and one count of misdemeanor unlawfully entering a motor vehicle.
