Oversized vehicle travel rescheduled next week in Callaway and Montgomery Counties

CALLAWAY/MONTGOMERY COUNTIES

Oxbo Transport is moving a large part for Ameren Electric beginning Monday morning that will require an oversized vehicle to travel through Callaway and Montgomery Counties next week.

Previously, the move was scheduled for Thursday but was canceled.

Starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, March 1, the oversized vehicle will begin traveling southbound on Callaway County Route CC, south of Route O, and will then make its way to eastbound Route 94. It will then turn onto northbound Route 19 in Montgomery County and will complete its journey on southbound Route 161 near the railroad in Montgomery City.

This traveling oversized vehicle will impact traffic on several roads.

Missouri Highway Patrol will be escorting the oversized load.
