COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Roadwork will continue on North Keene Street in Columbia next week, according to a Friday social media post from Columbia Public Works,

Public Works crews started repairing damaged sections of concrete on Feb. 21, according to a previous social media post from the department. Lane closures will take place 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, Friday’s release states. One lane will be stay open during construction.

According to the release, the work and closures are scheduled as:

  • Monday --There will be a closure in the southbound lane of North Keene Street between Keene Court and Portland Street.
  • Tuesday -- There will be a closure in the southbound lane of North Keene Street between Portland Street and about 300 feet south of Portland Street.
  • Wednesday -- The southbound lane of North Keene Street will be closed between Portland Street and a point about 700 feet south of Portland Street.
