MoDOT plans work over next two weeks in Audrain and Montgomery County

MoDOT crews weather permitting will begin work on Interstate 70 in Montgomery County on Dec. 1-4. Traffic will be down to one lane between MM 176 and MM 178 between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day.

There will be 10 ft. width restriction in place while the work is completed.

MoDOT crews in Audain County will be working on two locations from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.

Those locations are:

  • Audrain County Route D - Nov. 23, road will be closed one mile west of Audrain County Route M junction for a culvert replacement.
  • Audrain County Route JJ - Nov. 24, road will be closed one mile south of U.S. Route 54 for a culvert replacement.

Motorists will need to use alternate routes during these times.
