Lane closure scheduled on East Walnut Street Wednesday and Thursday in Columbia

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Beginning Wednesday morning at 7, Ameren Missouri plans to repair a leak on a gas main under the street pavement of East Walnut Street.

The eastbound lane of East Walnut Street between North Garth Avenue and North First Street will be closed due to the repairs.

Two-way traffic will be maintained utilizing temporary traffic control and flaggers. The work associated with the closure is scheduled to be completed by Thursday, Sept. 24 by 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
