14-year-old Jefferson City girl injured in crash

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A 14-year-old Jefferson City girl suffered moderate injuries on Friday morning after she was hit by a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The girl was hit while she was walking westbound in the roadway on Randall Drive, the report says. The Mitsubishi was driven by a 35-year-old Jefferson City woman.

The girl was brought to University Hospital by ambulance, the report says.

The driver had no reported injuries and the vehicle was not damaged. MSHP reports do not name those involved in crashes.
