CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A 67-year-old Climax Springs man was killed in a crash on Monday on North Highway 7 in Camden County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, a 2008 Subaru Outback – driven by Ted Lange – was heading southbound when it went off the right side of the road. Lange overcorrected and the Subaru crossed the center line and went off the left side of the road, the report states. The vehicle hit a tree and overturned, according to the report.

Lange was brought to Lake Regional Hospital by ambulance, the report says. He was pronounced dead at the hospital, an updated report says.

He was wearing a seatbelt. The vehicle had extensive damage, the report says.
