Teenager on motorcycle injured in Jefferson City crash

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A teenager who was riding a motorcycle was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday in Jefferson City in the 4400 block of Rainbow Drive, a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report states.

The report states that the crash occurred as a 2022 Jeep Wrangler – driven by Lacota Graham, 27, of Jefferson City – was facing eastbound while it was yielding to traffic to make a left turn. A 2023 Kawasaki 125CC – driven by Cameron Harrison, 19, of Jefferson City – didn’t stop and rear-ended the Jeep, the report states.

The report does not state if Harrison was wearing a helmet. He was brought to University Hospital in Columbia by ambulance. Graham was wearing a seatbelt and had no reported injuries.
