Man seriously injured in Miller County crash accused of DWI

MILLER COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Brumley man who was seriously injured in a Monday crash in Miller County has been accused of driving while intoxicated, according Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Jason Rhoades, 54, was seriously injured in the crash that occurred on Highway 42 at Martin Road, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He was brought to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. An arrest report states that he was accused of reckless driving, driving while revoked and DWI. Charges have yet to appear on Casenet.

According to the crash report, Rhoades was heading westbound on Highway 42 in his 1999 Buick Regal. The vehicle went off the right side of the road, hit a sign and an embankment and overturned, the report states.
