Woman suffers serious injuries in Moniteau County crash

MONITEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Russellville woman suffered serious injuries Wednesday in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 87 in Moniteau County, just south of Route A, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

Jessica Taylor, 30, was injured in the crash and was flown to University Hospital, according to the report. An MU Health Care spokesman said on Thursday that she is in critical condition.

The report states that Taylor was heading northbound on Highway 87 in her 2018 Mazda CX9. The vehicle crossed the centerline, went off the left side of the road and hit a tree, the report states. Taylor was ejected from the vehicle, the report states.
