Camdenton man dies in motorcycle crash Saturday afternoon

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Camdenton man died in a motorcycle crash on Missouri Highway 7 in Camden County Saturday afternoon.

According to the crash report, 28-year-old Robert Eaton from Camdenton was driving a motorcycle near Devanna Drive in Camden County when he went off the side of the road. The motorcycle became airborne and hit a telephone pole before landing overturned.

Eaton was pronounced dead on scene around 3:21 p.m.

This is Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F's 26th fatality this year and first in August.
