Woman arrested on suspicion of DWI after crashing in Miller County

MILLER COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

An Eldon woman was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following a two-vehicle crash in Miller County on Highway 52 at Eldon Road.

Alisa Flaugher, 62, was arrested but was taken to Capital Region Hospital for treatment, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol arrest report. She suffered minor injuries. Charges have yet to be filed on Casenet, as of Friday.

The crash occurred as Flaugher was turning left in her 2006 Toyota Corolla and was rear-ended by a 2008 Saturn Vue, according to the MSHP crash report.

The Saturn was driven by 18-year-old Trinity Whitt, of Barnett. Her passenger, Kathleen Callahan, 60, of Lebannon, suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Lake Regional Hospital by ambulance, the report states.

Both vehicles were totaled, the report states, Whitt and Flaugher wore seatbelts, Callahan did not, the report states.
