Osage County crash leaves man seriously hurt

OSAGE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Belle, Missouri man was taken to a hospital after a crash Wednesday afternoon in Osage County.

Brian Mistler, 60, from Belle suffered serious injuries after another car hit the side of his 2004 GMC Sierra on Highway 50 just west of Hickory Street, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

Troopers said Timothy Miller, 40, from Jefferson City, crossed the center line and hit Mistler.

Mistler's car overturned before it came to a rest on its wheels.

Miller was treated on scene while Mistler was taken to University Hospital by Osage EMS.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts according to the report.
