Man seriously injured in Osage County crash

OSAGE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Licking, Missouri, man suffered serious injuries in a one-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Osage County on Highway 89, just south of Big Oak Lane.

The crash occurred as a 2007 Mack Truck – driven by John Godi, 36 – went off the right side of the road, went down an embankment and overturned, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

Godi was brought to University Hospital in Columbia by ambulance. He was wearing a seatbelt.

The truck had extensive damage, according to the report.
