The crash happened Saturday at 3:10 p.m. on Route W, just south of Marvin Cutoff. According to a crash report, a 2014 Jeep Wrangler went off the road, hit a sign and flipped over.

Troopers said that the boy was not properly restrained in the vehicle. A doctor pronounced the child dead at the scene.
