One killed, two injured during ATV crash in Camden County

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

An ATV crash in Camden County turned deadly Sunday night.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol crash reports, three people were riding in the ATV on Turn Bridge Lane when it crashed shortly before 7 p.m. Sunday.

Troopers said the ATV was going too fast for conditions and drove off the right side of the road. The ATV overturned before hitting a tree.

Neil Reams, 51, was killed in the crash.

MSHP stated that the driver of the vehicle, Ronald Weems, 54, was flown to University Hospital with serious injuries and the third passenger, Beth Reams, 48, was transported to Lake Regional Hospital with minor injuries.

This is Troop F's second deadly crash for August and 34th for 2021.
