State troopers arrest Harrisburg man suspected of DWI crash

BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a Harrisburg man late Tuesday night following a single-vehicle crash.

Devin Forsee, 28, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Boone County Jail records say he also had an arrest warrant from a separate case.

The highway patrol crash report said Forsee was driving North on Route E between Harrisburg and Columbia around 11:20 p.m. when his passenger car crossed into the other lane and went off the left side of the road.

Troopers said the car flipped over and that Forsee had minor injuries from the crash. The report said he refused medical treatment at the scene.

Jail records say Forsee bonded out of custody.
