A Camdenton woman died after a crash near the Lake of the Ozarks on Tuesday.

A Missouri State Highway Patrol report said Crystal M. Lewis, 40, was killed in the single-vehicle wreck.

The patrol said Lewis was driving eastbound on Twin Rivers Point around 5:15 p.m.

According to the report, Lewis' 2018 Subaru Impreza crossed over the road, went off the left side and crashed into a tree near C John Drive.

Troopers said she was pronounced dead at the scene about 10 minutes after the crash.

Lewis was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, the report said. No others were hurt in the wreck.
