Two people injured in Maries County crash involving patrol vehicle

MARIES COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two people were injured in a crash that involved a Missouri State Highway Patrol vehicle in Maries County on Monday.

It happened after 5 p.m. on Highway 63 near Highway 42.

According to a crash report, a 2009 Chevrolet Suburban pulled out in front of a 2020 Ford Explorer. The Ford Explorer struck the driver's side of the other vehicle.

The report said both drivers were taken to a hospital in Rolla with minor injuries.

Authorities identified the drivers as Brian Crawford, 42, and Mark Moss, 67.
